I am not sure that you are addressing the four aspects of the media framework of media language, audience, representation and media industries... You may need to provide more clarity on Product 2 as its too short and we cannot be clear as to the synergies that exist for the above framework. Finally you have not discussed how you will insure that there are synergies between the two media.
